Common questions
- What counts as a participant?
- Anyone who has joined your organization in Stegen. One person competing in five ladders is still one participant.
- Can we start free and upgrade later?
- Yes. Start on the free plan and upgrade from your organization settings when you need more than 5 participants. Everything you have registered carries over.
- How do you bill?
- Monthly by card through Stripe, in USD or EUR. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.
- Do you offer plans for larger organizations?
- Yes. Email hi@stegen.app if you need more than 250 participants, several organizations under one agreement, or invoicing.
